Not only is she well trained in sports and remedial massage, she is also well versed in joint mobilisation and knows exactly how to treat any muscular discomfort or tightness I was experiencing. 

As a keen sportsperson, I particularly found her insights into my own musculoskeletal mechanics very helpful. She always gives great advice about what I can do to alleviate my pain, tightness and avoid future injury.

I have been seeing Kat Murray at Just Knead It for two years now, even though I often out of Brisbane for work I always make sure I book in when I am in town - she's simply the best remedial therapist I've had. I do some seriously odd things to my body by spending a lot of time cycling, not to mention kayaking, gym and work.

Kat runs a great remedial massage clinic, her practice is based in sound knowledge and astute diagnostic skills. She also has the technique and muscle to get pressure on the right spot that most therapists would struggle with.
