Our aim is to give you those tips and tricks that have only been acquired from such experience. We want to give you an edge over your competitors or help you to stick to your health and fitness goals.
If we haven't come across your sport before we do what ever it takes to understand it. In the past we've been known to head out to watch people participate in training or events or even sitting in on physio treatments to gain more knowledge about a particular sport. This gives us an understanding of your technique and ranges of motion necessary to perform at your best. If we can't get out to see you we will ask for video so we can understand what goes on in your sport.
