Stretching Classes Now Available from our Sister Company

Classes for the inflexible, the absolute beginner and those who know they need to stretch more but don’t make the time.

Stuck without your regular massage therapist at the moment?Finding you're doing more and more exercise, so you don't go crazy? 

These 40 - 45min 1 on 1 stretching and mobility sessions are tailored to your needs. They are fun and effective way to loosen stiff and sore muscles, as well as improve your flexibility and posture. 

​WHAT IS INVOLVED?

  • Each session includes a short assessment, to ensure we can target the areas where you need it the most.

  • ​You are taken through a 40 - 45 minute session that target areas specific to you.

  • Sessions can involve a range of flexibility techniques including assisted stretching, triggering, foam rolling and trigger ball work (depending on your available equipment), as well as mobility and activation exercises as needed

  • *Sessions are available to claim back on Private Health 

Bookings available Monday - Saturday with our therapist team.

Know you need to stretch more but finding it hard to do it on your own? 

We have created the Urban Flex Classes to help you out! These 30 and 45 minute stretching and triggering sessions help loosen you up, leaving you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?: 
  • You are guided through a simple, easy to follow stretching, triggering, foam rolling and mobility exercise routine..

  • Sessions are targeted specific to neck and shoulder tightness, lower back pain, and seated posture and guided by our Exercise Physiologist Team.

  • The aim is to providing a relaxed but effective session that leaves you feeling great!

  • No equipment is required, we do however recommend wearing comfortable clothes that stretch!

  • Sessions are run out of our sister clinic Urban Well 

Classes are currently Tuesday

9 out of every 10 patients come to us with conditions that are preventable or manageable with foam rolling, stretching and general improvement of posture and flexibility.  We've decided to start running classes that focus on doing just that!


How flexible do I need to be? 

If touching your toes seems like a distant dream or sometimes you feel a little (completely?) uncoordinated, no problem! We are here for the inflexible! Our instructors tailor the class to the individual by showing you different ways to stretch and use the equipment to get the most out of each session.

We don't want you to feel daunted about stepping into a room full of people that can bend in half. In fact, we started these classes because we ourselves needed to stretch more and wanted to find a way to make it fun and interesting. Everyone needs to do it!
