We have created the Urban Flex Classes to help you out! These 30 and 45 minute stretching and triggering sessions help loosen you up, leaving you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day. WHAT IS INVOLVED?:

9 out of every 10 patients come to us with conditions that are preventable or manageable with foam rolling, stretching and general improvement of posture and flexibility. We've decided to start running classes that focus on doing just that!
How flexible do I need to be?
If touching your toes seems like a distant dream or sometimes you feel a little (completely?) uncoordinated, no problem! We are here for the inflexible! Our instructors tailor the class to the individual by showing you different ways to stretch and use the equipment to get the most out of each session.
We don't want you to feel daunted about stepping into a room full of people that can bend in half. In fact, we started these classes because we ourselves needed to stretch more and wanted to find a way to make it fun and interesting. Everyone needs to do it!
