Conditions and useful information:
- Vouchers valid for 3 years after purchase. Please keep a record of this voucher.
- Vouchers are emailed to you after payment.
- Credit is applied to the recipient's account - the credit can be used towards any of our health services and therapists at Just Knead It or Urban Well. Credit can be used by more than one person (please let us know who has the credit on their account).
- Recipients can choose to use their private health in conjunction with gift voucher. Clients bring their health insurance card with them to the appointment. The card is swiped first and the client uses their voucher to cover the difference. The remaining credit stays on their account for future treatment/s.
- In order to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase vouchers, (and when necessary at the last minute... late a night!) our downloadable voucher is left blank, for you to fill in. However, please note that this cannot be duplicated, as we use the record of payment and attach it to a client's account.
