Give the gift of health. Valid for any of our services or products at Just Knead It and Urban Well.
Conditions and useful information:
- Vouchers valid for 3 years after purchase. Please keep a record of this voucher.
- Vouchers are emailed to you after payment. We will contact you within 72 hours to check who the voucher is for and set up an account for the person you nominate to receive the gift voucher.
- Credit is applied to the recipient's account - the credit can be used towards any of our health services at Just Knead It or Urban Well.
- Recipients can choose to use their private health in conjunction with gift voucher. Clients bring their health insurance card with them to the appointment. The card is swiped first and the client uses their voucher to cover the difference. The remaining credit stays on their account for future treatment/s.
- In order to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase vouchers, (and when necessary at the last minute... late a night!) our downloadable voucher is left blank, for you to fill in. However, please note that this cannot be duplicated, as we use the record of payment and attach it to a client's account.
- Voucher can be downloaded from your email 3 times. If you accidentally download it too many times, without saving it, just give us a call and we can email you one!
