1 on 1 Stretching Session
Just Knead It's ONLINE stretching sessions are a fun way to improve your flexibility and posture. Participants are taken through a 40 - 45 minute online routine, via zoom that target areas specific to you.
Each session includes a short assessment, to ensure we can target the areas where you need it the most.
Sessions can involve a range of flexibility techniques including stretching, foam rolling and trigger ball work. (Depending on your available equipment.)
We will be sent an email with instructions and with a zoom link, prior to starting your session.
Sessions are not available to claim back on Private Health, due to online format.
Bookings available Monday - Thursday with Kat, Erin and Shane.
