With the backing of your mentor and a supportive community, you'll focus on building and refining the habits with the most bang for your buck. Your program is based on identifying what holds you back, and figuring out how to work around those roadblocks. You'll pick up a set of practical skills and tools, learning the science behind the recommendations you'll get - so you'll know it's not BS! Best of all, you'll have support all the way through. (Because let's be honest, we all need someone who tells us to keep our hands out of the fridge.) Successful mentorship is all about helping you get to a point where you don't need it anymore. You might do one four-week block and be ready to jump off on your own. You might want to keep it going for six months or a year. Because each person is different, each program is different. No matter what though, it will be right for you! |
What makes this course different?We want to get one thing straight: This is NOT another one of those 'cheesy, rah rah motivational courses' that are so often associated with the term Health Coaching! We cringe when we think about those. We are firm on making this a NO 'WOO' Course!
