Pain is not a normal sensation of the body. It's the body's warning system that something isn't right. Yet so many of us put up with is as 'just a part of life getting older.' The first goal of an exercise physiologist is to help you become pain-free whilst doing the things you enjoy. They can help rehabilitate you from injury across a myriad of conditions from a sprained ankle, knee pain, lower back injury, a rotator cuff tear or general stiffness whilst sitting at a desk all day.

Recovery or management from a health event/ chronic condition.

When an injury, health event or chronic condition occurs it may have impacted your health, level of fitness and/or strength to such a point that we need to rebuild your foundations first. Your exercise physiologist will help you rebuild your confidence in movement, your basic strength and movement ability to function on a day to day basis. They can also help you with stress management, healthy eating shifts and sleeping patterns that all play a part in the management of a chronic health condition.
