By brainstorming the best way to work around your challenges (with help!), you'll get a realistic plan that you know you can stick with. You'll learn practical skills to help you make better choices, and how to find the balance between "being good" and "indulging". A truly sustainable healthy lifestyle means finding that balance - what we call your "happy point". Successful mentorship is all about helping you get to a point where you don't need it anymore. You might do one four-week block and be ready to jump off on your own. You might want to keep it going for six months or a year. Because each person is different, each program is different. No matter what though, it will be right for you! |
