Who is this program for?
- Individuals seeking that extra bit of help getting back on track with their weight/lifestyle after the festive season.
- "Burnt out" and stressed individuals who have seen slow gains in weight regardless of attempts to improve it.
- You are motivated to make a change and/or have tried various diets in the past but nothing seems to stick.
- You are committed to a 6-week block of intensive 1-on-1 sessions with various professionals. A minimum of 60 mins/ week is required (including availability on Wednesdays & Thursdays). In addition, at least 10 mins a day commitment to your home program.
- If you have a pre-existing condition such as diabetes, this program is still suitable for you. Our health professionals will tailor your program to suit your specific needs.
