From a young age I've wanted to leave the world a better place! Improving health, longevity and quality of life is now what gets me out of bed in the morning.
Just Knead It and more recently, Urban Well are part of this dream.
I hire team members based on their passion for health and educating their clients as well as their skill and knowledge. It is important to ensure they can identify key areas of your body that are potentially causing and/ or contributing to pain and tightness in your body
They also must understand that all aspects of your life including work, home life, sport and lifestyle choices all impact your body and health.
I am so proud that we are now located across in 2 convenient locations in Woolloongabba and East Brisbane. We are slowly spreading our message across Brisbane and Australia and raising the bar of soft tissue therapy in Australia.
