To be a leader with the power to influence the soft tissue industry is a true passion of mine. To raise the bar of remedial massage therapy and myotherapy in Australia and have a profound impact on how Australians manage their health and wellbeing is what gets me out of bed. Business is my other passion.
Combining all three into an epic company that has that power to influence, one that people love being a part of and feel proud to represent is my ultimate dream. It is something I constantly strive to achieve. I have worked in companies where this isn't the case and I understand the profound affect it can have on people and our industry.
I started Just Knead It because of a crazy old French man in a coffee shop. He showed me a path other than studying medicine. I started to got fed up with the level of education of remedial massage therapists and notion that therapists believe they can't have a long term career or make a living in the industry. I want this to change. So I started Just Knead It.
The underlying values I wanted to underpin everything I do include:
be a good human,
treat people the way you wish to be treated,
inspire through action
lead by example.
I wanted to build a company that goes against the grain, show cases our awesome industry and helps shape the future of remedial massage and myotherapy in Australia.
To support and inspire my staff to become Australia's best.
To have a direct and MASSIVE impact on the health, happiness and well being of the people of Australia.
To become a force in the industry and a house hold name for health.
Create a remedial massage and myotherapy company that people love to be a part of and represent.
To have such a great reputation in the industry that people are knocking on our door to join. They hear about our professional development, supportive environment, business opportunities and want in.
To create a clinic incubator (long term) so therapists who excel can build their own business, leverage our brand and know how.
Be a part of an amazing industry and help it to grow.
